How soon you'll get it
In stock orders typically ship 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after placing your order for shipping and delivery in the USA. International orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery depending on location. If you haven't received your order in this amount of time, or if you have received it and there is jewelry missing or damaged please contact us for assistance.

If you're not super happy satisfied please contact us to let us know what we can do to make it better. You may also return any item within 30 days for any reason as long as the original sealed jewelry pouch is unopened.
How to Return Something
Jewelry may be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of original shipment. For our safety and the safety of other customers we can only accept returns that are still sealed in their sterilized pouch. Jewelry that has been worn can NOT be returned. Please ship returns to:

If you open the package and discover the jewelry to be defective in some way, please don't send it back. Simply contact us and we'll do what we need to to correct the problem.
For your safety and to reduce the risk of infection we sterilize all autoclavable jewery before shipping.
